HID Rfid Tag Iron
IronTag® UHF transponders offer exceptional performance on metal surfaces and are built to withstand vibration, shock, chemical exposure and fluctuating temperatures, enabling radio frequency identification (RFID) of equipment and metal components that are subjected to severe conditions.
Designed to track aircraft parts, IronTag devices tolerate the harsh conditions of manufacturing, processing and operating vehicles and equipment. They withstand temperatures from -40° F (-40° C) to 428° F (220° C), are waterproof, resist high pressure/high temperature washing and resist exposure to fuels, oils, water salt and ultraviolet light, are pressure resistant (vibration and constant flame for short periods), compact and powerful, these tags deliver robust performance with read ranges of up to 13 ft (4 m) and large user memory capacities of up to 8192 bits.
Durable IronTag RFID tags mount to any metal surface with industrial glues or optional high temperature adhesives, making them ideal for logistics applications that track metal components during assembly, operation, maintenance and repair.
