We want to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Most items can be returned or exchanged in original condition. If you have any questions regarding our return policy, or would like to request a return or exchange, please call 1-954-900-1799 within 15 days of receipt of your order. A restocking fee of 15% may be assessed for returns beyond 15 days from date of purchase. Please note that any returns or exchanges may only be authorized within 30 days of receipt of your order. If merchandise credits are issued, they are valid for redemption within one year of issuance. Credits are not gift cards and are non-transfereable.

 

All RMA item(s) must be returned in their original condition, including the original packaging and all accessories.

• The packaging must not have any markings or writing upon it
• Returns missing accessories, packaging, manuals, and/or that are not in original condition will be rejected
• Write the RMA number only on the shipping label, NOT on the box
